The FDA does not approve dietary supplements for any purpose. Products that have claims to treat, diagnose, prevent, or cure diseases are generally subject to regulation as drugs. O2Boost is a Dietary Supplement, not a drug. All O2Boost products are manufactured and labeled in an FDA approved facility under cGMP guidelines, with final product safety testing conducted in ISO-certified independent 3rd party laboratories.

It takes between 20-25 minutes for the product to break down in the digestive system.

You can take O2Boost both with or without food. It does not cause a reaction if taken on an empty stomach. 

We recommend taking O2Boost® 1 hour before or 2 hours after taking any medication that indicates should not be taken in conjunction with an antacid, or per the advice of your physician.  

Lactic acid is produced when oxygen levels become low in cells within the areas of the body where metabolism takes place. When the body depletes oxygen that is stored in the muscles, there’s an ‘oxygen debt’ created, that is replenished over time. Endurance Clinical Trials have not yet been studied to determine the delay of onset or relief of lactic acid when taking O2Boost either before or after exercise.

No, O2Boost is not a drug so it won't result in dependence or addiction.
