EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us at info@o2boost66.com  before the 14-day period expires.

Return conditions:

• Items must be returned in their original, unopened, and unused condition
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be disclosed prior to purchase
• No restocking fee applies within the 14-day EU withdrawal period
• Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method as the original purchase

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to opened consumable products (supplements) that have been unsealed after delivery, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(e).

Do not send packages to this address as they cannot be accepted at this location, and will result in your return not being processed.
